The Speak Now Anti-Bully Application (App) was developed as part of the Hawaii Department of Educations (HIDOE) commitment to ensure that our schools are safe, welcoming, and a positive learning environment for students and staff. The Speak Now App is a communication tool that allows students to report bullying incidents on HIDOEs campuses, transportation, and during sponsored activities.
